Refund Policy
If you're not satisfied with your Pro subscription within 14 days of your first paid charge, we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind PromptCraft Pro. If you subscribe to a paid plan and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge. This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only — it is not a recurring benefit on renewal charges.
To request a refund under the guarantee, email support@promptcraft.io with the subject line "Refund Request" within 14 days of your first charge. Include your registered email address. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- You are not charged for subsequent billing periods
- We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period (except under the 14-day guarantee above)
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 14-day money-back guarantee on the initial charge. Cancellations after the 14-day window will not receive a refund for the remaining annual period. Your access continues through the end of the annual period.
4. Free Plan
The Starter (free) plan does not involve any charges and is therefore not subject to this refund policy.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of:
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
- Fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks already initiated
- Requests made outside the 14-day guarantee window (unless required by applicable law)
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your card issuer and may take an additional 3–7 business days.
