Terms of Service

Summary: PromptCraft provides AI workflow generation tools. You own your inputs. We own our platform and generated workflow templates. You cannot resell our workflows. We provide the service "as-is." Governing law is the state of Nevada.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PromptCraft ("Service," "we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier users and paid subscribers.

2. Description of Service

PromptCraft is an AI productivity platform that collects structured intake questionnaire responses from users and generates multi-step AI workflow chains ("Workflows") optimized for use with third-party AI models, including but not limited to Claude (Anthropic), GPT-4o (OpenAI), and Gemini (Google). PromptCraft is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use PromptCraft. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

PromptCraft offers a free Starter plan and paid Pro plans billed monthly ($19/month) or annually ($97/year). Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period except as described in our Refund Policy.

4.4 Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. PromptCraft does not store your full credit card information on its servers.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 User Inputs

You retain ownership of the intake questionnaire responses and any other content you provide to PromptCraft ("User Inputs"). By submitting User Inputs, you grant PromptCraft a limited, non-exclusive license to use your inputs solely for the purpose of generating your Workflows and improving the Service.

5.2 Generated Workflows

Workflows generated by PromptCraft are provided to you under a personal, non-transferable license for your own business or personal use. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or offer generated Workflows as a service to third parties without written permission from PromptCraft.

5.3 PromptCraft Platform

The PromptCraft name, brand, platform code, intake questionnaire frameworks, and all associated intellectual property are owned by PromptCraft and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service to generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations
Resell, redistribute, or white-label generated Workflows without written permission
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the intake questionnaire logic or workflow generation methodology
Use automated tools to access the Service at a volume that degrades performance for other users
Misrepresent generated Workflows as your own original intellectual property when selling consulting services

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 No Professional Advice

Workflows generated by PromptCraft are productivity tools, not professional advice. They do not constitute legal, financial, medical, tax, or other licensed professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making decisions in these domains.

7.2 Third-Party AI Models

PromptCraft generates workflow text for use with third-party AI services. The outputs produced by Claude, GPT-4o, Gemini, or other AI models when using PromptCraft workflows are the outputs of those third-party services. PromptCraft does not control and is not responsible for the outputs of third-party AI models.

7.3 Service Availability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." PROMPTCRAFT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR WORKFLOW WILL PRODUCE A SPECIFIC OUTCOME.

7.4 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PROMPTCRAFT'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PROMPTCRAFT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD. IN NO EVENT SHALL PROMPTCRAFT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PromptCraft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email to registered users or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with notice where practicable. You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, and 8) will survive termination.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Clark County, Nevada. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PromptCraft regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
